Start of the journey

ValueBased is being established

ValueBased started with a mission to provide all suppliers with a seamless and user-friendly platform to work with chain store's POS data and out-of-store sales.

effectmanager was founded with a clear mission

effectmanager was initiated with a mission to assist all suppliers in understanding their trade spend and identifying opportunities for optimization, empowering them with the knowledge of where and how to maximize their investments.

The great merge

effectmanager and ValueBased merge to form a unified entity, now known as effectmanager.
